Your candidate journey
Application screening
Upon initial contact, we'll invite you to answer a few questions via an online form to help us gain insight into your experience and interests.
First interview
You will meet virtually with the HR Director and a team member to discuss your work experience and give you a better understanding of the position.
10- Minute Task
Following the first interview, we'll promptly send you a task to complete, enabling us to further assess your skills.
Second Interview
We’ll invite you in to our closest office for your second interview. You will meet with someone there, and you will have the opportunity to meet with our CEO (in-person or remote) for a follow-up discussion, addressing any remaining queries from the process.
Reference Checks
We will call your references to corroborate what we have learned about you, and to ask questions about your contributions in previous roles.
Job Offer
Our HR Director will call you to discuss the job offer and then provide you with a contract to review and sign electronically.
