Payment Methods

At Upanup, we strive to make the payment process straightforward and convenient. Please refer to the following accepted payment methods and instructions based on your location:

Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) - Canada

EFT is our preferred method of payment for Canadian clients.
 

EFT Enrollment

If you would like Upanup to complete an enrollment form for EFT payment, please send the required form to accounting@upanup.com or use the following information:

  2. Bank Information:
    1. Bank and account information is available upon request. 

Paying Your Invoice

  1. Please include your invoice number in the memo or notes field to help us process your payment quickly and accurately.
  2. Feel free to send payment confirmations or any questions to our Accounting team at accounting@upanup.com with your invoice number for quick reference.
     

Cheque/Check Payments - Canada & U.S

We accept cheque (check) payments from both Canadian and U.S. clients.
 
Important Notice: Due to Canada Post's probable service disruption in May 2025, mail delivery may be delayed. If possible, we recommend using an alternative payment method during this time. 

Paying Your Invoice

  1. Make cheques (checks) payable to Upanup Studios Inc. or Upanup
  2. Please include your invoice number in the memo or notes field to help us process your payment quickly and accurately.
  3. Mail cheques (checks) to:

    Suite 600, 844 Courtney Street, Victoria BC V8W 1C4, Canada 

 Currency Notes

  1. Canadian clients shall issue cheques in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
  2. U.S. clients shall issue checks in U.S. Dollars (USD).
     

Interac E-transfer - Canadian Bank Only

You may wish to email Canadian funds directly to Upanup’s bank account. Please note, Upanup is registered with Auto deposit and a security question is not required.

Paying Your Invoice

  2. E-transfer can be sent to accounting@upanup.com.
     

Payment Terms

Our payment terms are Net 30 days.
