The Challenge
BC Hydro was looking to design and implement a new home for their fast-charging network supporting content within their EV website, electricvehicles.bchydro.com. They also wanted to provide their users with an improved user experience that includes an intuitive user interface, a clean look and feel, and stronger consistency with other relevant touch-points in the user journey. Our challenge was to create a thoughtful design, that included intuitive navigation, while reducing content repetition and redundancy. The goal: to create a clear and straightforward path for users to find the information they are looking for.
