  1. Upanup is collecting the information you input in the form above.
  2. For the sake of your security, you should never post or submit personal information about yourself to untrusted sources. 
  3. This form will close at 5:00 pm EST on December 11, 2026. 
  4. Entries must be registered charitable organizations in Canada or the U.S. and must be set up to accept online donations.
